Questa Chartered is a leading firm of financial planners in the North West providing advice and expertise to manage wealth and lifestyle choices. Questa wanted to make the most of its chartered status and speak directly to clients about its fresh approach to financial planning.
Questa Chartered needed to improve its communications and position itself as leading firm of financial planners in the North West.
It wanted to make the most of a new era in financial planning designed to bring greater transparency and professionalism to the industry.
Questa needed to demonstrate its authority and expertise and make its services relevant to a diverse audience, from people looking at savings and investment opportunities to individuals and families looking for long-term financial planning strategies.
ICG created a new dynamic brand for Questa using the letter Q as the focus and a strong colour palatte to bring pace and diversity. The new branding was rolled out online and offline across a range of literature to introduce Questa to prospective clients and explain financial planning.
ICG's design and PR team worked collaboratively to produce all output including e-newsletters, pop up stands, client folders and press adverts. The PR team also identified storylines about a wide range of topics from staff achievements to charity link-ups as well as major industry developments such as the Chancellor's Budget statements to far reaching new pension regulations.
ICG's integrated marketing approach has proved exceptional in raising Questa's reputation within the North West with all elements of its communications consistent and on brand.
Questa has appeared widely in the regional press and radio, as well as providing comment for industry publications and organisations.
A monthly e-newsletter provides expert insight into a wide range of topics from pension auto enrolment to savings and investment. It provides special focus on government announcements including the Autumn Statement and the Budget.
