Passport to security

Posted on 15 Feb 2017

With security measures paramount, BAE Systems called upon ICG to create a pocket sized guide to hold all necessary security information for its employees.

ICG's design team got to work on the document, which is called "Your Personal Passport to Security', using embossed paper stocks with rounded corners and foil blocked text for a true passport vibe.

Inside, each page is dedicated to a different security topic, sharing information on how to work safely in various situations covering every aspect of security at BAE Systems.

The guide also highlights 'common security breaches' that can be inadvertently carried out by employees such as tailgating through security gates and the incorrect disposal of classified materials.

The 'Personal Passport to Security' was also rolled out as an interactive digital version ready to sit on the company's intranet allowing direct access to further security information!
