Christmas came early at ICG as our teams came together to devise and launch a festive campaign for EPSL Educational Printing.
With masses of competition in the school holiday card market, we were tasked with ensuring the client's products and messages stood out from the crowd.
The design and PR team worked together to create the 'Holiday Cards Maker Kit', which contained everything teachers would need to inspire young minds.
Information sheets, order forms for the school and parents, fun stickers, high quality red and green card samples and news about additional festive products were pulled together in an eye-catching folder.
Using the company's blue colour palette, designers came up with an abstract creative with winter inspired symbols, which was used in all collateral.
The digital team created an online 'Festive Store' as a platform for teachers to order their free packs along with other products including banners, posters and calendars. They also developed an e-marketing strategy to spread the word into educational inboxes across the UK.
Our social media and PR experts came together to publicise the packs online, with posts and tweets being boosted to specially selected audiences. A direct mail piece was also co-ordinated and delivered by ICG to schools encouraging participation.
Within hours of the first e-shot being sent the enquiries started to arrive and we are looking forward to seeing the cards rolling off the printers.
