Denise Dawson
Managing Director and PR Director

Denise offers clients over 20 years of experience of working with the media. During her career spent both in-house and at city agencies, Denise has been responsible for teams working across a broad spectrum of markets including technology, aviation, retail, motoring, travel, leisure and entertainment.

Performing the dual role of Managing Director and PR Director, she also has a firm grasp of the commercial challenges that businesses face in competitive markets which ensures that all creative campaigns are clearly focused on achieving our clients' objectives.

Peter Cobley
Sales Director and Client Services

Peter has diverse experience of managing companies with interests ranging from publishing to advertising sales. He is currently responsible for developing new business opportunities and also performs a client liaison role to ensure that clients' requirements are met.

An astute, commercially minded member of the ICG team, Peter ensures that clients benefit from competitively priced quotes whatever their requirements – from exhibition stands to pop-ups, and promotional items to print.

Simon Couchman
Creative Director

Having joined ICG from a leading London agency with over 14 years of experience, Simon is highly experienced in devising award-winning branding campaigns for major clients including EMI, GE, Consumer Finance, and Waterford Wedgwood.

His creativity and the ICG team's design flair, experience and results-led approach has been industry acknowledged with the agency winning numerous accolades including Awards of Excellence from the CiB (British Association of Communicators in Business). Simon and the team's work has also been featured on a regular basis in respected international design publications.

Paula Holden
Marketing & PR Manager

Paula has over ten years of experience in PR, Marketing and Journalism and has implemented effective promotional campaigns for a diverse range of commercial and consumer focused clients.

She is skilled at delivering both PR driven projects and integrated advertising and marketing campaigns. From writing features for Lancashire Business View to organising nationwide promotions, copywriting, co-ordinating mail-shots to securing positive media publicity – Paula has a wealth of expertise and knowledge.

Julie Hackett
PR Manager

Julie's roots are in journalism. Working in busy newsroom environments she has covered breaking news stories at both a national and local level. She now has more than ten years of experience of working in PR and is a dedicated practitioner focused on delivering results – getting businesses and organisations in front of their target audiences.

In addition to generating positive column inches and air time in newspapers, magazines and on radio and TV, Julie also plays a key role in delivering and managing the social media activities of several clients on Twitter, Facebook and blog platforms.

David Mallalieu
Senior Designer

A highly experienced designer, David has broad expertise including: identity, advertising and design for print. He has contributed significantly to a number of sizable branding projects for ICG's clients.

In addition, David is a key member of the ICG digital team who are actively getting clients' marketing and communication collateral on-line and interactive. From digital publications to website build, he produces eye-catching work that always meets the client's brief no matter what the time pressure.

Ian Jones
Senior Designer

Subway, Gold Medal Travel and Disney Stores are just a few clients that Ian has worked with developing initial creative concepts and managing the projects through to the final production and print.

Ian works across all ICG's clients but has particular responsibility for B2B clients including BAE Systems and Cobham Defence. He has great attention to detail and understands the importance of adhering to companies' brand guidelines. His ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously ensures that deadlines are met without defaulting on quality.

Nicola Chew
Senior Designer

ICG's rapidly expanding client base and Nicola's eight years of experience led to her appointment in 2008. At her previous Manchester agency, she generated creative concepts for the National Football Museum, Matalan and First Direct including marketing materials such as direct mail, advertisements and 48 sheet posters.

Nicola's wide knowledge and passion for design means that she consistently devises successful and hard-working creative solutions with meticulous attention to detail. Her ability to work to tight deadlines and turn projects around quickly ensures the best results for all her clients.

Emily Windle
Designer

Emily's creative flair and sure-fast attention to detail was developed in her design role at a publishing house where she was responsible for the design and production of publications across diverse markets.

These skills are now benefitting ICG clients including Central Training, Blackpool International Airport and Realm's outlet villages across the UK – from brochures to newsletters, and advertisements to leaflets, Emily's focused approach delivers creative and accurate work every time.

Stephen Daniels
Designer

Stephen is the most recent recruit to ICG and brings with him website build, digital, motion and graphic design skills. His all-round knowledge of design whether it be for internet or print projects is already benefitting numerous ICG clients.

From producing supersize billboard advertisements for Realm, devising an online audio visual presentation for Freightlink, creating a hard-working Facebook page for Iveco UK to building a new website for Bleep UK – Stephen's versatility offers clients a valuable creative resource.

Sarah Huddy
Designer

Sarah has a love for great design and a diverse skill base. She is experienced in print design from brochures to magazines, as well as having produced website designs during her career for clients such as Yorkshire Water and Blackpool Tourism.

She also plays an integral role in ICG's digital team, delivering on-line, interactive and animated newsletters, brochures and reports for several clients. Sarah is involved with numerous innovative projects undertaken by ICG, including working with BAE Systems to design and deliver the interactive elements of the company's first digital version of its Corporate Responsibility Annual Review brochure.
