ICG welcomed the opportunity of rebranding Peter Lole Insurance Brokers with a new brand in time for the BIFA Freight Service Awards.

The fresh, clean look received impressive feedback at the awards ceremony which was attended by more than 500 people and co-hosted by BBC Radio 2 Travel Presenter Sally 'Traffic' Boazman at the Brewery in London last month.

Along with a new logo and brand strategy style, Peter Lole changed its trading name from Peter Lole & Co to Peter Lole Insurance Brokers.

The new strategy has moved away from the firm's original padlock and chain logo using the letters P and L as a focal point. Retaining the firm's original blue and white colour palette, new colours were introduced to bring clarity and pace to its three core services areas - marine, business and personal insurance.

The branding has been rolled out on everything from brochures, letterheads and business cards to corporate gifts, roll up banners, advertisements and a branded pen gift set.

A new website was launched fully optimised for use on mobiles, tablets and desktop computers while an eye-catching 2016 calendar featured creative and innovative uses of the logo to portray P shaped rabbits for spring time in April and a P shaped Santa stuck down a chimney in December!

Peter Lole sponsored the BIFA Freight Service Awards for the fifth year running and announced the winner of the Project Forwarding category.
